Temp my Tummy Tuesday

OK this is a classic, and my Family's favorite meal that I make.
Chicken Parmesan

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 6 slices

Make It
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in pie plate or shallow dish. Dip chicken in butter, then in cheese mixture, turning over to evenly coat both sides.
PLACE in 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.( I cook my chicken in a pan with a little bit of oil.) Then top each breast with 2 Tbsp. of the spaghetti sauce and 1 cheese slice. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
